Ellepot captures your personal data (e.g. as name, email, etc.) for the sole purpose for which you provided your data. Your data will only be used within Ellepot as well as by our business partners to whom we delegate the fulfilment of your requests. No further transmission of your data occurs.
We only store other personal data if you provide this data, e.g. as part of a registration, contact form, survey or for the execution of a contract, and even in these cases only insofar as this is permitted to us on the basis of a consent given by you or in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Data collected from Google Analytic has been declared unlawful in some EU countries. As we only want to collect data that meet the GDPR requirements - we don't use Google Analytics for the time being.
Automatically collected information
We use Leadfeeder who collects data which are committed to compliance with GDPR. All data is encrypted on transfer and at rest. We collect the behavioral data of all website visitors. This includes; pages viewed, visitor source and time spent on the site. The visitor IP address is collected to detect the company and geographic location. All visit data is aggregated on the company level. Leadfeeder also enriches that company data with contact data for individuals from publicly available data sources.
