In February, we welcomed our new Research Manager Ilke Potgieter, to our R&D department. Ilke joins our R&D team to advance the practical application of Ellepots in the nursery and field, focusing on optimising propagation techniques and developing crop-specific best practices. Her research will help turn scientifically backed findings into practical solutions, ensuring growers can enhance efficiency, plant performance, and long-term success.
With a Master of Science in Forestry (cum laude) from Nelson Mandela University, Ilke brings valuable experience in propagation systems and data-driven analysis. Her expertise will support nurseries and growers by refining propagation strategies, improving nursery workflows, and adapting Ellepot technology to different growing conditions and production systems.
