Ellepot 16 Weeks is another specially developed and patented Ellepot Paper, and it is made with bio-based materials and has a degradation time of 16 weeks. This means that growers will be able to handle the plug in the nursery for 16 weeks, before the paper reaches a level of degradation where the plant should either be harvested, transplanted into a larger pot, or planted into the field.
The Ellepot 16 weeks paper is made with bio-based materials and based on natural, raw materials from FSC®-certified forests and other controlled and renewable resources. Regenerated fibers from plants added for reinforcement. Binder based on Nobel Prize winning technology is biodegradable. Recommendation:
